I know that Anduin is just taking time off, and Turalyon is temporarily king, but the horde still has a legion version of sylvanas in Orgrimmar, so idk who ...Druids draw on the primal power of life and nature and while to power does seem to have a will, it seems less sentient than the spirits the shaman call on.
