It will not start and sets the TBC ( Trailer Brake Control ) Light. Replaced the fuze because it was bad but the light still comes on. The truck will still not crank and Im beginning to think that its the injectors that are bad.Nov 22, 2012 · SOURCE: tbc fault trailer disconnected message 05 f350 check the rear plug on the bumper they are prone to water damage and corrosion, if you unplug the 7-way and four way plug from the body connector and test drive the vehicle this will tell you if the plug is the source of the problem. Shut off the truck, go to restart, and I get the TBC Fault, and the same lights, go to crank the truck and nothing. I have the typical buzzing noises ect. Get in the wifes car, leave for a few hours. Come home same thing. So I check the voltage on both batteries after disconnecting them, both are at 12.5 volts..
