I think this matchup is pretty onesided if you play vs a competent Yasuo. If you run exhaust it's easy to time it to neglect Yasuo's burst after his ult. Use it just before ult damage and you will reduce, ult + 1Q + 1 or 2 aa, it won't save your lane systematically but makes harder to dive/abuse you, and slowing a Yas messes with his E and can help setup ganks..
